Dubai Corporation for Tourism and Commerce Marketing (Visit Dubai) has been associated with beautiful destinations to create the Beautiful Destinations Academy, promoted by Dubai, a new professional development initiative for travel content creators.
The program aims to establish global standards for the creation of travel content and address the growing demand for marketing talent in the tourism sector.

He added that the initiative aligns with the economic agenda of Dubai, D33, and the vision of making Dubai a leading global business for business and leisure.
“Dubai is a leading innovator in tourist marketing, a partner of related ideas that shares our future vision. The travel industry is experiencing a fundamental change in how destinations attract visitors. The leading investigations show that 76 percent of travel decisions are influenced by the content of social networks, however, only 24 percent of tourism and hospitality brands have internal training to create the content caliber that accommodates in the impulse commitment.
The Academy responds to the digital content that becomes central to travel decision making through the development of specialized skills necessary to create native high impact and platform content.
This association strengthens the position of Dubai as a global center for the creative economy, that Goldman Sachs projects could address half a billion dollars by 2027.
The curriculum will develop creative and commercial skills, combining technical competence with marketing principles.
The Academy presents formal standards for digital creators in tourism, providing structure, credibility and responsibility to what has been an informal field.
According to Jancey, the program creates “a new professional category within the tourist ecosystem” with the ambition that “having a beautiful certification of the Destinations Academy will become the standard of the industry for content creators who specialize in travel marketing, similar to how other professional designations work in hospitality and tourism management.”
