The closing ceremony of the 29Th Dubai World Cup edition, Hero at the Meydan racecourse, set a new Guinness world record for the largest flying LED screen formed by multimotor drones.
The screen used 5,983 drones and was witnessed by more than 60,000 spectators.

The show lasted about 20 minutes and included formations of drones, lasers, lights and fireworks. Its objective was to offer a combined visual experience cultural issues and artistic presentations.

The drones created 3D formations in the sky, including the portraits of the president of the EAU, Sheikh Mohamed Bin, Zayed al Nahyan and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid al Maktoum, vice president, prime minister and ruler of Dubai.
Other formations included animated horses and the Dubai World Cup championship trophy.
