The study sheds light on what motivates the most wanted professionals in the world and what employers should sacrifice to attract and retain the issue in a global talents market increasingly competitive.
Based on the ideas of 750 specialists in AI in the main talent centers, the report explores the critical promoters of decision -making, including job satisfaction, professional progress, compensation and growing importance of flexible work of the envruption and advanced structure.

- What they value most: compensation (68 percent important V 43 % satisfied), labor security (70 percent V 48 percent) and the balance between working life (67 percent V 48 percent) were the main Conerns. - Different roles, different priorities: Research -centered professionals seek overall autonomy and exposure; Implementation specialists are attracted to competitive salaries, rapid professional growth and an ethics commitment
- Hierarchy and hybrid work: 70 percent of associated level respondents prioritize hybrid work models compared to 53 percent of team leaders
- Experience Affairs: Higher professionals are attracted to leadership roles, projects focused on sustainability and a long -term impact. Junior talent seeks flexibility, practical learning and rapid professional progression
