The Dubai road and transport authority (RTA) has launched the advanced leadership program, aimed at preparing a select group of emirati professionals of second and third leadership levels for high -impact roles throughout the organization. The program reflects RTA’s commitment to invest in national talent, sharpen its capacities and cultivate a generation equipped to lead the future of Dubai and contribute to the comprehensive development of the Emirate development.
RTA aims to empower leaders ready for the future capable of promoting strategic and transformative projects, advancing in the objectives of the authority and contributing to development and modernization in Dubai and the EAU. A total of 22 participants have been selected, comprising directors and their deputies.
