UAE teacher jobs on offer at major recruitment events

The EAU have announced a season of teachers recruitment events, since it seeks to boost employment in the education sector.

The Ministry of Education (MOE) has announced a series of teaching career recruitment in the EAU, with the participation of Emirates College for Advanced Education (ECAE).

This initiative aims to attract distinguished professionals to join the Public Education judgment and provide them with employment opportunities in which they can contribute to shape to the future of the youth of the EAU and complete the vision of wise leadership for excellent education.

The fairs point to the citizens and residents of the EAU with strong educational qualifications, including the newly graduated from national universities.

The events are aligned with the MOE strategic plan for the academic year 2025-2026 that seeks to recruit qualified professionals who play a vital role in the improvement of the national education system.

Recruitment fairs will take place in April and May 2025:

  • April 19 In Zayed’s educational complex in Al Barsha, Dubai
  • April 23 On the Higher Colleges of Technology (HCT) campus in Baniyas, Abu Dhabi
  • April 26 In Zayed’s educational complex in Al Qatta’a, Sharjah
  • April 30 At the Tamouh Al Dhafra racing fair in Baynounah’s educational complex in Zayed City, Abu Dhabi
  • May 3 In Zayed’s educational complex in Al Dhait al Janoubi, Ras al Khaimah
  • May 10 In Zayed’s educational complex in Mohamed Bin Zayed City, Fujairahh
  • May 17 In Zayed’s educational complex in Al Muntazah, Ajman
  • May 21 On the university of the United Arab Emirates (EAEU) in Al Ain

At the fairs, the ministry is seeking to recruit candidates for education and educational support roles in more than 10 matters.

These include:

  • Science
  • Islamic studies
  • English language
  • Business Administration
  • Arabic Language
  • Math
  • Chemistry
  • Physics
  • Biology (in Arabic and English)

Duration The events, the dedicated recruitment committees will carry out interactive workshops to present the assistants to the operational frameworks, the educational roads and the MOE recruitment criteria.

These sessions will help verify that the applicants meet the necessary grades and align with the standards of the ministries.

Participants are encouraged to bring copies of their curriculums for their formal consideration.

MOE applies a rigorous recruitment process that is aligned with the specific requirements of each teaching position, consulting academic qualifications and essential skills to ensure that candidates are well prepared to comply with the roles in the support and success of students and students.

The Ministry will also offer a personalized package of training programs for selected candidates to improve their professional competence and excellence, reflecting its commitment to develop the capacities of all educational personnel and raise their skills.

This supports its mission and efforts to achieve the country’s aspirations for the public education sector.

The fairs will provide a valuable opportunity for attendees to obtain information about the key development pillars of the EAU education system, identified by TOE in line with the vision and future priorities of the nation.

They will also learn about the labor benefits that the Ministry sacrifices to employees in the Public Education sector.
