The heir prince of UMM Al Quuwain, Sheikh Rashid Bin Saud Rashid al Mualla, has presented plans for a new extensive development called Downtown UAQ Douning a ceremony in the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of UAQ.

Sobha Realty, a multinational developer, has been associated with the UMM Al Qaiwain government for the project. The first phase will include residential, commercial and hospitality communities.
